For this we were asked to look into the Typographer Sister Corita Kent. She is known for her work in the 1960’s and 1970’s.
For this piece we were given a set of 10 rules, that Sister Corita thought all good students should follow.

I decided to explore her first rule as it interested me the most. I came up with several ideas based around locations and trusting them, but these weren’t inline with the brief as all elements had to be typographical. to this end I decided to look into the works that Sister Corita had produced, specifically her typography work.

Looking at her works, her choice of colour and layout of text is really interesting, To this end I decided to create a visual piece which takes here rule and generates an art piece using random colours and layout.
